A 4+ years background in customer support, virtual and administrative assistant, workflow management and business support.

I had a brief career in frontline sales and I  learnt lead generation, filtering and closing. This has had a ripple effect in my customer onboarding role by helping me sieve, onboard and retain the caliber of customers deserving of my clients.

The Nigerian French Language Village

For French Language students in Nigeria, it is mandatory to travel for a one year Language Immersion Program to either a French speaking country or the national French language center popularly called French Village. French village does its best to give students the extra push in their language learning. I participated in Friday Soirees, Causeries. Symposiums and weekly excursions to the neighboring French Country-Benin Republic. Some of the courses I took were: * Transcription * Translation * French Literature * African Literature * Oral Communication in French * Written Communication in French * Culture and Civilization in France & Africa
